  9. Aunt Polly's Sweet Potato Casserole

  11. 2 lb sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled, and mashed
  12. 2 eggs, beaten
  13. 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  14. 1/2 c brown sugar
  15. 1 c buttermilk
  16. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  17. 1/2 tsp nutmeg and cinnamon
  18.  
  19. Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Will be very soupy.  Bake at 350F
  20. for 1 hour.  Yields about 10 servings.
